Design & Build Process
The two-tier structure maximized space, creating distinct zones for relaxing, dining, and socializing. High-quality materials, including porcelain paving, stone veneer cladding, and artificial green living walls, added both function and style.
A major challenge was narrow, 1-meter-wide access, requiring careful planning and manual work to remove poor-quality soil and transport materials.
